sept i got a letter frm the hme office stating i m qualified for eea2 if we

wish to apply for that instead cos my husband has completed his wrs in

sept 16th and we were asked to provide prrof my husband still works

for same employer so we sent his payslips but we got a call from our

lawyer, and he told us he spoked to the home office and they said he

didnt complete his wrs cos the new payslips we sent was from a diff

employer and he had 6weeks to ve completed his wrs but the truth is

he never changed his employer he still works for same agency.

the agency has a new company that took over their payroll system of

their staff and the new payslips bares the new companies name and in the

same payslips the name of his agency is still on the payslip but all

job placement is still handled by his agency so the question is what do

I'm not sure if I understand all details correctly, but if I were you I would sack your lawyer immediately.
If the UKBA (Home Office) confirms to you in writing that you qualify for a Residence Card, just send them your EEA2 application form and include a copy of their letter just to be sure!
Lawyers are rarely needed in EEA cases and just want to create more work for themselves!
Just ask your husband's employer for a letter to confirm that he works there more than a year already, and send that in instead of payslips.
