Hello everyone i need answers please.
Can i apply again for permanent residence considering i applied before to UKBA in 2008 when i was married to my ex wife an eea national in 2004.But after 2years we separated in 2006 and i started the divorce proceedings in 2008.UKBA refused my application in jan 2010 after my application had spent almost 1year and 7 months on the basis that i could not provide my decree absolute or my ex wife's passport and evidence that she had spent 5years exercising her treaty right in uk.UKBA gave me 14days to appeal.I did not appeal as i was having problems with my divorce and my ex wife refused to co operate with her documents.
I sent another application to UKBA on the basis of my relationship with my current unmarried partner an eu national and i was granted 5years last week, also my divorce had just been finalised.Do you think i still have a chance to go back to the appeal or send a new application for permanent resident as i have lived in uk leagally for 5years.
Any answer will be most appreciated.
