Hello all,
just wants to say thank you to everybody that responded to all my questions on this wonderful forum. I received my appeal determination today and the judge allow my appeal and instrust the HO to issue me PR
Big thank you to Obie he is a genius never tired of my stupid questions sometimes,Thank you very much.

Congratulation on your appeal, on what ground did the judge allow your appeal, is it article 8 human right.

The judge wrote I allow this appeal under 2006 EEA regulations and 1950 human right convention.
