unfortuntly i register in this side tooo late
iam an egyption guy who married an polish wife and she live in uk and she has resience card 4 years ago coz she ive here 6 years ago so i cam came to engalnd last year as visit visa and i staid in uk for mounth then i back to eypt then i back to england again and i wated to stay with her and i have send EEA2 application to home for recident card and they rufuse it and the notice was my wife is not qualify ( i didt send any support docments only our passports and the aplication and her recidend number) coz we thought it will be easy the we made appeal and also we didnt send much support docments and someone told me my appeal will be refused
what it will be if my appeal refused ?
i sent the appeal 10 days ago so can i send them more deocemnts or its too late now ?

Actually you should have just reapplied with the required documents (the application form and the accompanying guide explain quite well what you would need). I think an appeal should only be done if the UKBA made a mistake but they rightly denied your application. I do not know if additional evidence would be still permissable.

i didnt have the refuse yet and they didnt answer me yet i just sent the appea on 23 dec and im waiting but i think they will refuse it becose i didnt include the appeal that much docements and they gave me only 5 working day to appeal
and if i sent them some docemnts now they will accept it or no ?
in the home office refuse they said to me u have the right te appeal and they send me also the application for the appeal nd if i want apply i must send it in 10 days( 5 workind day)

may i ask u
why they right to diney my application ?
