Please advice me if you can.
my daughter is 18 months old and she is british. we would like to sent her with grand parents to india for few months holidays but i heard she must carry some documents along with her otherwise the immigration can stop her in airport? is that correct if then what are documents we should sent along with her? will there any problem for mom taking the baby to india? do we need to know anything more?

Wrong forum actually. Does the child have proper travel documents? Possible that you will need a (certified?) letter from the parents explaining the situation and giving permission to your parents to take her with them. Maybe you should also have documents that show the relationship between the all of you.
