EEA3 application & required documents

Dear All,

I wonder if you could give me some guidance on the documents required for the EEA3 application.

I came to UK in September 2005 and started working in October 2005. I have been working without a break, except for holidays (which were no more than 2 weeks) and couple days between the employments.

The form states:

"For time spent in employment, letter(s) from your employer(s) confirming your employment, P60s and most recent wage slips."

Questions:

1. Do I need to provide all the mentioned documents? Or would P60s for the last 5 years be sufficient? I could also provide contracts of my 3 employments and last 6 months payslips.
2. Do I need to provide any bank statements or any utility bills?

Thank you very much!

Hi we did got the PR recently My Wife EEA3 and I EEA4.
We did provide only 4 P60 and some pay slips because we didn't have all the 5 P60.

no bank statment needed when you are applying as worker, we didn't provide any.

My advice:
Documents
1- 5 P60 if you have all them
2- if your salary is payed monthly 1 payslip for each 6 months all will be around 10.
3- letter from your work, or work contract.
4- council Tax bills if available is great, any utility bills exp... gas or power..
4- any tenancy agreement!!

Please see what I 've provided for my application: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... highlight=

Our PR was granted in 4 months. not too bad.
and good luck

Thank you for your reply!

4 months?? That's a long time!!! Is the processing time so slow?

Yes, I am including 5 P60s, 6 latest payslips and a letter from the employer stating when I started, where I work, type of contract, yearly salary, weekly hours, position.

Unfortunatelly tenancy agreement is not in my name. Council tax bill is issued to my flatmate and me, so basically it's not only my name on it. And it is misspelled. Would that be an issue?

Sorry, I didn't quite understand you about the other utility bills. Can I include gas or electricity bills?? I suppose it should not be older than 3 months, right?

Thank you very much once again!

One more question...

How good were they with sending all the originals back? I wouldn't want them to loose any of my P60s or any payslips.
