CONFUSED

my partner is a self employed childminder,she has proof of national insurance contribution,accountant letters and letters from hmrc that her tax is upto date,but she has not got invoice as it is not neccessary in her line of job,will this be a problem?also she just registed now to attend a language course as well.pls somebody help me as we are summiting the eea1 and 2 tomoro
