i sent my application eea 2 to home office since 1 month, but they dont reply me by letter or phone call.
i dont know if they received my documents or no.

You find their contact details on the UKBA webpage, their EEA residency enquiries phone number is 0845 010 5200.

If you have sent your application by Special Delivery, they can check on their system with the tracking number that you have received by Royal Mail.
