eea2 and FPermit

Good day!I have already read a lot of information from HO internet page,but some issue are still unclear.My husband is Lithunian,he's self employed in uk.i'm in moldova,non-EEA citizen.he doesn't have registration certificate, hasn't been registered under worker reg. scheme.im going to apply for eea family permit,and then for Residence card.1.Can i apply for eea fam. permit,and then for RC without his registretion certif. or without him being registered in WRS???2. Does he need to prove his 12 moths working period,if i want to apply for RC?3.How long does it take to get RC(eea2)?who has gone through this,please share experience...as im lost

A self-employed person does not need to register under the WRS. Neither WRS nor a registration certificate are a prerequisite to applying for either an EEA FP or an RC.

it's clear.Could you tell pl,if i can apply for RC in uk,in a month time after my arrival to great britain?

You can apply at any time after arrival.
