they register my appeal any1 want advice me ?

i have sent the appeal at 23of dec 2010 and i recived letter frm court say they have the appeal and if i have more evidnce i wanna prove it it possible to send it till 16 0f feb 2011 so i have time
my appeal was about to prove them is my wife is qualify person in uk that was the notice of the appeal becouse the notice of refuse is my eu family member s not qualify person in uk and that was application EEA2
my edvince which was with the apeal is
my wife residnce card( my wife has residnce card issu 2010)
my wife work permit
my wife contract( she work as a full time)
my wife pay slips ( last 6 mounth)
my wife bank acount
my pay slips last mounth ( i was working the last 5 mounth)
letter ref from my wife manger say she is a good worker
our passport and my visas( i have been here in uk as visitor)
our marry cirtifcate ( we married three years ago
my wife work history last 3 years in uk
letter from landlord she live in this house 2 years ago

what else i shouls send plz
i have more time to send anything i want

What you have provided seems sufficient. Just relax and wait for the appeal, or your day in court, which i am hopeful will go well.

iam soooooooooooo confuse to be honest and scary
i seen a lawyer yesteday he is in manchester and i paid 100 £ per one houre and he told me that i sent alot of documents is not important and he said to it only enough to send
ur wife payslips last 6 mounth
ur wife work permit ( my wife live in uk 6 years ago)
ur marriage cirtifcate
and copy of ur pasport with visas
thats all

do u think is for the appeal hearing or on letter?
