Pls when is the normal time to submit eea2 application , Can submit as soon as i get there or wait till its about to expire thanks

You can apply anytime you want. Note however that it will take a while before you get any supporting documents (like passports, marriage certificate, etc.) back. If you need them for other purposes in the next month or so, it may be better to postpone the EEA2 application.

Am a non eea married to irish citizen Can we apply as self sufficient as we re not working cos my wife just gave birth this week but we have enough funds in our account and we ve also payed for 6months rent and the health insurance and am still looking for job. we ve been married for 4yrs

yes you can apply as self sufficient.. as long as you can show some funds , bank statements etc and have comprehensive sickness insurance it shouldnt be a problem.
