residence permit card Eea2 or indifinty leave to remain

Hi i am little bit confuse about this issue
First I was Dutch nationality live in uk from 2004 i married women in outside of country feb 2010 and I sent eea fammily permit visa and now she come in uk sept 2010 and live with me now . question is,,, i applied british citizen months ago and i am british now what is situation about my wife ,do i have to apply for her residence card or ILR but her visa when she come over this country was EEA familly permit what should i do ?
