what is better hearing or letter ( the appeal)?

i have sent the appeal to against home office decitions which say MY EEA WIFE IS Not QUALIFY PERSON IN UK and i think she is qualify person
i have send the ducoments to supprort my case nd they r
my wife pay slips last 6 mounth
my wife cotract work( as full tim worker)
my wife bank account
my wife refrance for her manger
our marriage cirtifcate
copy of our passport
letter from landlord
and they send me letter say that my appeal allowed and i can send any documents more if i want till 16 feb
i have two questions
1- is this documents enough or i need more ?
2- is better the appeal will be hearing or letter
