EEA RESIDENCE CARD

I have an EEA residence card which is still valid for another 3 years. I am currently outside the UK. Can I travel back without my spouse? My daughter will be traveling with me and she has an EU passport. Also, is it possible for me to apply to remain in the UK based on my daughter's EU rights if my husband and I separate?

How long have you been outside and is your husband still exercising treaty rights in the UK?

I've been away for 12 months. My husband is still exercising treaty rights but wants to move to Canada shortly.

But was that for an
important reason. Otherwise your RC is invalid by now (and will be after 12+ months).

I came back because my brother was ill and subsequently passed away. I then remained here to try and sell my property and settle other personal affairs.
