Help with EEA Family Permit Form

Hello everyone, I’m sorry if my questions had been asked before but I am still confused. My situation goes like this
I’m a non European citizen married to my Polish wife. We have been living together for 2 years now as married couple in the middle east ( To earn money) and we are planning to go to UK in August.
While trying to fill out the application, I noticed two questions that I need help with .
Question 1 – What time are you planning to leave UK ? Me and the wife are planning to live there permanently. So what should I write >>?
Question 2 – They ask about our property in UK if rental or owned . How can we provide them with this ?? we are still in the middle east and we will rent only when we arrive there !!!! so again what to write??
