i submit an app eea2 last december but mistakenly omitted a doc [ tenancy agreement] but i av received COA since jan and have not hear anything from ho since then , pls should i send it or wait till they ask?

the thing [tenancy agreement0 is part of the document i want to submit and have already filled it at the back form column

You should send it to them together with a letter explaining why you've sent the tenancy agreement.

Make sure you include a reference number if you've got one.

Are you sure that this document is needed at all? What is it supposed to prove? Have you looked through the guide and understood what set of documents is needed to describe your situation best? (The application form itself does a good job on that already).

The UKBA pre-filters applications and would send it immediately back if they felt that something is missing but you have received the CoA already. They do not ask for missing documents (anymore) and will base their decision on what you have sent.
