can a non eea national who married a eea national divorce after 2 years and marry a british?

U surely can, but it is quite another question how u will remain in the uk after the divorce as u would have lost the right to reside in the uk and would need to leave the uk to apply for a spouse/fiance visa. Unless u r divoring because of violence from eea national in which case u may retain the right to reside, otherwise 3 years is the minimum. Good luck

What other answer are you expecting?
You can divorce whenever you feel like and arrange to marry your British partner. Just understand that you will need to return to your country of residence to apply for a UK spouse visa if you want to switch to the UK route.
