but now we dont know if we have to apply for the FMRS or EEA2 residency card ?? im polish and ive got a pernament job for over a year. my husband is non-european national. do i need a residency card ?? orjust need to prove that im wmployed for over a year ?

Simply wait until May and then apply for a Residence Card (form EEA2). All transitional measures (WRS, FMRS) for A8 countries (such as Poland) will cease to exist on 1 May (7 years after the EU accession of these countries).
Your husbands EEA Family Permit is valid for six months so it expires only long after 1 May.
