I have moved your two posts to a new topic, in this section of this board.
There are a number of issues I do not understand, in particular, why is your wife, a British Citizen, making an EEA1 application?
Also, you are making an EEA2 application, for a Residence Card, and on the basis about your wife exercising Treaty Rights as a self-sufficient. If indeed she is self-sufficient, why are you asking about benefit claims?
Before coming to the UK, where were you and your wife living? In another EEA country? If so, was your wife employed or self-employed in that EEA country?

hi thank you ,and appologise if there is any imisunderstunding
my wife is dual nationality british/irish
i overstayed over 7years ,the only option for us is to apply under eu rule
otherwise we will get shot down by uk
just to notifie i been refused 3 time to stay in the uk by uk immigration rule because of not having valid visa at the time .
then we applied eea route based on her irish nationality.
self sufficent both not working currentely pregnante and having another child in the house hold, the money that was in bank whene applying is going down by the time,so iwas asking what benefit would we able to get without a probleme.
i have in mind child tax credit
jsa for my wife as i will start working soon
dunno about maternity related benefit
thank you
