Hi Experts,
I applied for EEA4 Permanent Residence permit as a Family member of an EEA national. I applied for this in Dec.2010

But the thing is I got divorce and decree absolute back in Nov.2010.
Now I got a call from Home office in which they asked for any proof which could show She is still working and living in U.K.
I asked my ex to provide me with her Pay Slips or Any P60 she might have but she does not want to co-operate and doesn't want to give me any favour.

Importantly Our Marriage lasted for 4 years , I have given the proofs for atleast 3 years we have lived together.
She works for a well renowned University & I also work for a good company. Me and her had Joint mortgage on our name as well(its on my name now) , which I have shown to H.O.Liverpool.

Now I do not really understand Why they are asking for her pay slips and stuff , however she has got nothing to do with me.

Finally my question is , She is not providing me with any document , What should I do?
Any advise would be highly appreciated .
Regards,
