Urgent Help needed to knw if am due for PR!!

hi guys,
been following the post on this forum and it has really helped me out a lot and also tanx for all the valuable advise given out here. pls i would appreciate ur advise on my circumstance.
1 meet my wife an EEA in africa in 2005 where i was living as of the time and she was working.
2. she was transfered to the UK begining of 2006 and we still kept in contact and she came down november 2006 and we got married out there in africa before she went back.
3. sold my business and joined my wife in the UK august 2007 with an EEA family permit before getting a permanent residency in july 2008.
4. got divorced this yr due to breakdown of marriage and am still waiting for my retention of right from the HO
pls i saw a directive on this forum that says;
