//Self Employed for Romanians//

My wife obtained before 2 years a yellow card, as dependent i've obtained the blue card and wokrked for 20 months, now we've made an application for her to have a blue card through me and they revoked both our cards.
it seems that the contract of services sent by mistake and not the correct one has created this drama, the one sent had on it timmings and paid per hour thus gave an immpression of employed rather than sel employed.
the invoices have different amount for each month, paid herself the national contribution and the tax, there is the correct agreement with comission (percentage) basis, yet that one sent by mistake do not know how we will justify it!!!
any idea
we though of taking a letter from accountant stating in detail the percentage, a breakdown of loss and profit (how much the owner earned and my wife earned)
yet how we can justify that paper sent by mistake!
kindly help us as we are making our appeal next week!
