Confused , whether I can apply retained right of residence uk or long residency (10 year) to obtain PR

I'm a non-eu/eea citizen

Me and my eu partner are living in a uk where living in uk together for 2 years and got married last year but our relation have broke down. he just left the country just to put me in this situation ( and I have no clue where he is)

I was in uk in student visa for seven years and married to eu national and passed one year I'm in eea family member visa which expires on 2013

Is that possible to obtain retained right of residence in uk?

Or in 2013 I will complete my 10 years residency in uk so I hope I can apply under long residency Right?

Please help me from this situation thanks in advances
Evan

To retain the right of residence, I believe that you also have to be married for at least 3 years under 10(5)(d)(i).

Thanks for swift reply
