EEA2 Residence Card Help

Hello
can anybody provide the list of required and additional Documents (self employed) that can be submitted with EEA2 Application?

why don't you just follow what is written in EEA1 form? pages 8 and 13.
On top I would add the letter from you accountant if you have one. Otherwise just follow the guideline in the form, it shows exactly what HO wants to see as a confirmation of you self-employment.

Accountant letter
most recent paid invoice for NI contribution atleast
Self assessment form if you have otherwise
invoices of your self employment
bank statements most two recent will be enough
have a gud luck
