Does EU job seeker automatically considered self sufficient?

If i have been a job seeker for 5 months during the 5 years of excersising treaty rights ,(but never registered with the Job Centre plus yet consistantly looked for a job on emails and was registered with recruitment agencies) , does it mean the UKBA will treat me as self sufficient ? My wife who is not an EEA national was self employed during that time. We claimed tax credits as well which according to law i read we were entitled to. Thanks !

If you can show that you were actively looking for work than you may be fine although the EEA regulations require registration, see
5.(7)(c) and
6.(2)(b). But denying PR on that basis alone may violate the proportionality principal of the Directive.

I believe I have asked this question earlier and this thread answers it again. It is unclear why you keep asking this question and seem to have trouble to align the answer with your case. Apply and you will know for sure.
