EEA2 Application

Hello,

Thank you guys for help. I am an A8 national exercising my Treaty rights in the UK as a worker and my non-EEA spouse was issued with an EEA FP. When my spouse arrives, we would like to apply for EEA2 but I have several concerns. Firstly, since WRS has finished, it means that FMRS is also a history and my spouse can apply straight away for EEA2? My second concern is that I am working on a temporary contract which expires in 4 months. Would it somehow affect EEA2 application? If 4 months later my contract is renewed, should I post them my new contract? What would you advise in this situation? Finally, I would like to ask what documents exactly do we have to submit for EEA2? Is it the same as for EEA FP or is there anything additional?

Thank you in advance. Waiting for your replies.

Your spouse can apply for a residence card on form EEA2. A jobseeker is still a qualified person but if you want to play it save apply when you have a new contract. For documents look through the web page in the link (detailled information in application form, guide and checklist).
