I'm dual uk/irish national, my husband is an egyptian national.

What would be the requirements to enter the UK as the family member of an EEA national?

Entry clearance into most of EU is pretty straight forward with a schnegen visa.

But to enter the UK under directive/2004/38 for 90 days or less, as an Irish/EEA national with my Non-EEA spouse, what would be the procedure?

Would i apply for an eea fp at the British embassy in Cairo?
