EEA Family Permit advice needed

Dear all,

My wife and I got married in June. I'm an Irish National and lived and worked in UK for many years, and my wife is Ukrainian. She has a daughter who is 9 from 1st marriage, now my gorgeous step daughter. My wife was married again 2 years ago to a Canadian citizen and she got an immigrant visa for Canada. However there were major problems in the relationship and she divorced him last october and never used the visa at any time. We don't know should we put her divorce certificate and this information with application or is it not necessary as nowhere on website does it say. We are so happily married and in love and everybody makes mistakes. We just want to do the right thing. Another question is thus: We applied online as well for my stepdaughter. (both submitting documents in Kiev later this month)Since all the original documents are with my wife's application what documents should we include for my new daughter? Should my wife just say the originals are in her application? My wife has sole responsibility of her and notarised documents from 1st husband and evidence he has had no part in her upbringing so not too worried about that. Any help and advice with all this would be much appreciated..we just want to move and want my daughter to start her new school in September.
Many thanks,
Jonathan
