we apply as a family member of EU citizen and it was refuse base on that we did not live with our mother for 5years and we did not explain to them . and we appeal it is error of the law, e judge agree with us.
You applied for PR as the family member of an EU citizen?
I am curious why the application was original refused and why was the appeal allowed! Tell us more!
I would suggest you write to them (send it special delivery!) and request your passports back. Ask that the case be given priority treatment because so much time has elapsed since your initial application for PR and you need to travel again. Their rules suggest that they will likely just issue the PR card and then send the passport back, since there is not much question that they will have to do so.
Worst case they will issue the PR vignette on a immigration status document later, after first sending you back the passports.
