i dont't know if i am correct, the best thing is to write to your MP and explain your situation
www.writetothem.com and follow the instructions. your Mp will contact the ukba on your behalf and they tend to respond faster in that way. i know how you feel man its so frustrating and its like they want you to give up and go back to your county of origin.

There's no point writing to your mp unless you actually have an outstanding application.
Sticking to one post might also help.
