We are about subbmiting my wife EEA3, during her stay in The UK she changed her surname when she got married. So part of the documents is in her Maiden name, another part in her new sername. Should we submit translated copy ofmarriage certificate? Think is Home office seen it when she applied for new registration certificate(eea1).

now is in English, thats certified translation from Polish, we did get married in Poland in 2007, my wife come to UK in 2006, so from December 2007 she is using new surname.
her WRS, paylips, p60 and some others documents on her maiden name.

It probably makes sense to include the marriage certificate.

it was canceled when they issued new one, but you still can tell thats her old ID card?

I would not bother.
They can link her maiden name using the marriage certificate. Don't be surprised if the PR document will still contain her maiden name. They will probably won't bother to update it at all in the system...

I would probably not.

Worst case, if they need something additional, they can ask for it.

We did uptade her name in residency certificate sometimes in 2008, so they must have her in the system under her current name.

I'm just trying make it easy as possible. My one was so easy, this one should be the same. But you never know with them.
