original documents not returned with registartion certifiate

hi all,
made my eea1 application on 20 june 2011 nad surprisingly recieved my RC on 13/07/2011.........
..........
but with a problem ... they did not send back the original marriage documents that i provided as a proof of marriage.............. can anyone tell me how can i reach them.....i called up the nos 0845105200 but there was no reply............so i called the liverpool enquiry no...08706067766 and she told me to call the above no and also gave me an email id ukba.europeanenquiry@ukba.gsi.gov.uk[/b] but it seems it is not a valid email id as my mails keep on bouncing back.
can someone help as to how to get the documents back.any no or email ids for the ame.......thanks ......caio
