Hi there,

Me and my wife are on EEA2 and EEA1 respectively,She is eligible to apply for EEA3, Anyone knows if EEA national got PR(EEA3). Then when i will apply for EEA4 does we need to show her job to get my EEA4.
Or can i get EEA4 even without showing her job as well.

If she will have a PR, there is no need to provide evidence she has exercising treaty rights. Just send her PR. If there will be more than 2 years since her PR until you apply, you will need to provide evidence she is still residing in the UK during that time.
