hello guys

im going to apply for EEA 2 residency and still there are some things i dont understand about it,

i came to the UK few weeks ago on EEA FP valid untill December 2011.

1/ do i have again to submit relationship history documents such as letters, photos etc, like i did with the EEA FP?

2/ do i have to submit documents showing that we live together like joint bank account, council tax, ect? if yes so what else do i have to submit as to proove that we live together?

3/ i hared that ukba requires employer s letter and work contract to be max 6 week issued before date of application? is that true? my wife has her employer letter, work contract, but all are 3 months old, only payslips are new, so is it enough to submit new payslips with old employmenet docs?

4/ another issue is that my wife is working under temporary renewable contracts, her current contract is finishing november, after that she will get a new contract, is it ok and safe to apply with this current work contract? what to do in this case?

your help ll be much appreciated
thanks a lots.......

I suggest you read the EEA2 form. Section 11 deals with all the documents required. It is quite straightforward.

As for your questions:
1/ do i have again to submit relationship history documents such as letters, photos etc, like i did with the EEA FP?
It was unnecessary when you applied for the FP and it is still unnecessary. Just submit your original marriage certificate (+ translation if not in English).

2/ do i have to submit documents showing that we live together like joint bank account, council tax, ect? if yes so what else do i have to submit as to proove that we live together?
Yes. Either tenancy agreement or a utility bill. No need for a pile of documents.
3/ i hared that ukba requires employer s letter and work contract to be max 6 week issued before date of application? is that true? my wife has her employer letter, work contract, but all are 3 months old, only payslips are new, so is it enough to submit new payslips with old employmenet docs?
Where did you hear that? Recent payslip is enough. It is OK to add a older letter from employer.
4/ another issue is that my wife is working under temporary renewable contracts, her current contract is finishing november, after that she will get a new contract, is it ok and safe to apply with this current work contract? what to do in this case?
Yes. She is allowed to switch jobs or look for another job. As long as she is exercising treaty rights, you are fine.

Read the application form.
