Dear All, I wish to ask a question. I know non eu have to get PR and then after having it for one year they can apply for British Nationality and they do have to do a test. But does this same for EU? Do they have to waite 5 years for British Nationality or do they also have to waite 1 year after they get PR and do they also have to do the test? Many Thanks

Under the EU rules, generally everyone has to wait five years whether EU national or non-EEA family member.
Under EU law for PR there are no english or other tests to pass.
British citizenship comes under UK immigration law so whether you got PR under EU law or ILR under UK immigration law does not matter.
A year after PR or ILR you can apply for citizenship.
For British citizenship you face the same rules: Can speak english, welsh or gaelic; pass the Life in the UK test etc.
