Hi every one,

I am now in the UK; I hold EEA families permit which expires on the 13th of December 2011.

The EEA national (my wife who is Czech) got a temp job until the end of November 2011. Can I apply for the residency card or there is a chance they will reject my application because my wife is not holding a permanent job or because her employment ends before the expiry of my permit?

There is no requirement to hold a permanent job to be exercising treaty right. Your wife is also allowed to be a job seeker.
Just apply with current payslip.
