EEA3 application - P60 missing

The EEA3 application of my wife is ready to send to HO. But, her 1st P60 (1st year) and payslips (1st year) are missing. We have tried to get from her employer but, unsuccessful to obtain. However, we are sending her employment contract and Job letter stating her 5 year period of employment. I also enclosed a coveing letter and mentioned the above on it.
Is that OK or, does she still needs to send any other document to cover her missing P60/payslips?

A letter from the employer confirming her employment for that period is good enough.

try get copy of p60 from hmrc

a request of employment history from the hrmc will do . just call them and they will send it to you .
