hello everyone
i am 24 years old non-eu national and came to uk in 2007 on international student visa. I have recently graduated from the university of Hertfordshire and now planning to start my masters in the same university. My father is a German national and has been sponsoring me for my studies and living since i came to Uk. Now he moved to UK 2 months ago and working full time here. We are living in a same household in London and still dependent on him. My student visa is going to end in October 2011.

Am i eligible to apply for a EEA resident card?
can i apply for it now or should i get PSW first and then apply for it ?

thanks

If a person is already in the UK , then it is a residence card they would apply for.

Even though a person is over 21, they may still be eligible for a residence card if they prove they are financially dependant on an EEA national sponsor who is exercising Treaty Rights.

That seems to describe your situation.
