EEA2 application for my children

Hello all,
This is my first post on the forum I've been looking every for an answer but I just couldn't find it that is why I turned to you guys for an advice.

This is my situation I've just been giving EEA2 family permit through my Daughther an Italian citizen I'm from Nigeria, my question is I do have other 2 children age 12 ad 13 both Nigerians citizen is it possible to apply for an EEA2 family permit for them also they are my dependant not my Italian daugther please help.

Siblings are extended family members and would either need to be dependent on the EEA national or living with her/him in the same household as dependants.

Thanks for the quick reply can't I as their mother with an EEA2 permit pass on the right to my childrean

EEA rights only pass through the EEA national. What I wonder, however, is that you must be a dependant of your daughter to qualify for a EEA FP? Aren't the children then effectively her dependants too?

yes indeed they are since I depend on my daugther as you know nothing is so clear about this EEA route maybe some else can put a bit of light on this

If you wish to live permanently with your daughter in the UK that would be a very critical question to answer. I think it should be possible to argue that the children are truly and financially dependent on your daughter unless they receive substantial support from another party.
