stamp4 eufam and other eu countires

first i am again very thankful for positive feedback
My question this time is
I have 4EUFAM one Irish born baby
I am thinking to leaving this country and move in any other eu country ?
Which country with be best for me and also do i have to get wife to move there first and find job then go or under Eu free movement we all can go and find job and then apply for PR in which ever country we are?
I am so dis heart here and also i have DUI conviction on the way soon too.
NO way they will grant me ILR or Passport
Guys your suggestion are valuable and will change the life of some one completely
