Hi,
Please sombody help me!
I am Hungarian my husband Tibetan (but have Chinese passport...)
Ours EEA Family permit refuse in 1. September.
The usual problem encountered: marriage of convenience.
Officer need, lettaers, pictures....
We sent the appeal three days ago in Warsaw. (to fax).
Today we call, one man said: send in London after 28 days...
We thought ECM refuse onecemore ours appeal!
After half hour we asked again, new information: ECM will see after...
What is this? Why can not provide information as to normal?
I think have somebody with similar bad situation like us.
My question:
How many time after have the ansver? They has received phone or e-mail? Is It worth to them many times to call?
Thank for Yours help!

Your appeal should be first reviewed by the ECM which could take days or maybe a few weeks. If the ECM does not overturn the initial decision the appeal would go to the UK and that could set you back for months. You should certainly keep yourself updated but too many calls or email won't do any good, I think.
For how long have you been married? Does your husband currently live with you? Does your husband have any adverse immigration history?

Well, Hungarian authorities may have their own ways of assessing a marriage of convenience but it seems the UK is going down the easy route and just insinuates one on the basis of some documents and papers. Personally I wonder if submitting evidence of the ongoing relationship is really such a good idea as that could also be used against the applicant.
My guess on how long it could take is outlined above.

Yes, now we must just wait the ECM's answer. I just do not know how long appeal processing time. About it can not find information.
