unlawfuly detained, eea2 appealed, appeal allowed

Hi,
I was detained for couple of weeks when my EEA2 was refused in August. HO alleged that our marriage was marriage of convenience. My wife bailed me out and we appealed which we won on 12/09/11. I thought life would go back to normal and i will resume my work without going to hassle of reporting. Then HO sought permission to appeal in upper ribune. and now waiting for its outcome.
Although our appeal is allowed but i still have to report, still out of work. Any advice please. really stressed these days
