Hi all,

I am a non EEA and family member of EEA national and been with my spouse for the past 4 years and living happy life along with 2 children.
My question is that Can i include my younger brother for my ILR application who 27 years old and not in Uk.
Someone told me that we can include ours family members even they are over 21.

Please suggest me

You can not add him to a PR/ILR application but he might get a temporary right to live in the UK.
Is he financially dependant on you? Has he lived with you in the same household before you moved to the UK?
