EAA2 application straight after marriage

Does anyone know why that is bad? (sending EAA2 application straight after marriage)

I don't see why it is bad. I did mine just about 30 days after marriage (thas was back in 2003). As long as you can convince the ukba it is not a marriage for convenience. My husband was working, I was full time student. Full tuition fee paid, joint tenancy agreement, council tax etc.

There's nohing wrong or criminal about sending it even the very day of your marriage. As a matter of fact I sent mine the same week I got married. Although my app was returned back to me because I didn't include my passport in my app then.
You just have to have enough documents that proves your marriage isn't one of convenience.
