Hi

I am helping my friend complete his EEA3 (PR) form for himself and his two sons.

My firday is an EEA citizen and self employed in UK last 5 years. His two sons are also EEA citzens and studying in school.

I would appricate if someome here can advise what supporting documents we should include with these application
and do we need to complete seprate forms for all 3 ?

Thank you

Just the EEA3 form should be sufficient. The children could be added as dependants if they have resided in the UK with him for five years and could provide evidence like school report to prove this.

Evidence of treaty right for five yeats will be sufficient.

The form and its guidance list the acceptable form of evidence for each category.

Personally I would not bother with the kids application. It doesn't add any value for them to have it.
Even for the EEA national it also doesn't add any value unless you wish to apply for BC later on and want to reduce the risk of losing the naturalisation application fee if your circumstances are not straight forward
