Just a quick question please-
Is retintion of right automatic following divorce?
meaning, say the divorce finalised just 4 months before continuous 5 years to be completed, can EEA4 to be applied after 4 months(both EEA+nonEEA in work continiously) or, RoR need to be done first by EEA2?

It will be a big help if someone reply please.

everything under EEA regulations is automatic, you don't have any obligation to apply and you are legal regardless of having a residence card, PR, ROR or whatever.
so, you can apply straight for pr without the need for ror
