Plis advise me on EEA2 How much money do i need to have on my statement to prove depedency of my british son as i am noneea? what docs do i need
I don't believe you need to provide any particular sum to qualify
You do need to provide evidence that you are the primary career. If one of the child's parent is a Settled or British national, and the other is not the mother or primary carer is seeking to claim rights as a beneficiary, i will strongly recommend that legal advice is sought in light of Dereci.
