Excellent news. Nice to see an ECO that knows the rules and issues the EEA FP quickly when just the required documents are provided.

yes jambo thank you very much i think so ECO knows the rules very well
but i was surprised about our son application why he returned it back but stamped visa he is one year old only... may be according to him he is also by law an eea national so separate application not required and they have to provide him visa
he does not have eea passport or birth certificate at this time
one more question to ask i just want to confirm that if i land there in june but my visa is valid till july so my 1st day would be the one to enter the uk and from there onwards my 6 months period start? is it like that

You need to enter the UK by the expiry date on the EEA FP. It is not the date when you need to leave the UK.

I think so you should ask them it should not take this long
You have to ask them
You have submitted all the above mentioned docs which i submitted?
May be depend on the country from which you applied smtime it take much time but even then fp should not be so much delayed

You MUST contact and chase up your local embassy without any delay, it shouldn't delay like this.
again it depends where you applied from, but maximum processing time for EEA FP is 3 weeks.
Like KSA there were only 2 EEA Applications in Decemebr so every country is different from others.

Thank you Guys ,
i'm applying from Algeria , can you provide me with the exacte email ?
thanks
@dradilmahmood: i am not married but just fiance, do you think this is why it took so long ?

for fiance i think so durable relation of 2yrs is required you have to show all your prrevious contact bewteen both of you for 2 or more years
like email, chats, phone calls
but even with this they should atleast reply you either to issue or not
should not keep your docs so long
i dont have email add may be some senior can tell you or you can visit other posts too may be there is some post regarding email definitely
