reatain right of residence after divorce

hello. just if could some one can help or advice for the best ,
i come on 2009 to uk on eea spouse visa 6 month i applied for 5 years resident after that , the probleme is now we nearly divorce just waiting for decree absolute to be grant this month, and i after i have to apply to home office to retaine my right of resident , till now i think am meeting the rules

- over 3 years marriage
- one years living together in uk
- am full time working
- and she working also sine our marriage till now
the issue is she do want cooperat with me and i can get her document to show her exercing treaty right form divorce start till now i ask her and she refused to provide me her payslips or work confermation letter
i know where she work and av got her work letter but i dont think is enough to send this to home office and they will investigate about her
please let me know there is any think i can do to prove she is working and she her in uk

same like you, but my ex has PR as well but i can't get any evidence from her (either work or pr)

You could send what you have and details of her work place. And request the UKBA to check her NI contribution for activity. The have the power and influence to do this, but for obvious reasons, tends to refuse.

If that failed, you could get the tribunal to issue her a witness summon, when you appeal and she will then possibly provide her details.

What if she changed address and you don't know her new one? Or if she simply doesn't attend the court hearing or refuse attendance or attend but says she doesn't work?
