should the non-eea family member seek legal assessment filing-up eea2 form?
although it seems easy and simple?
and what are the consequence's if not seeking legal help to fill in this application?

why to waste £££ if you can get things free,,,,

I don't see a reason to use a lawyer if your case is simple. In fact, according to EEA regulations, an application form is not even required. The consequences would be more money to spend on useful things.
